Our Obligation
Brayford House will endeavour to ensure that the services and accommodation provided are of a satisfactory standard whilst observing all health and safety rules and regulations.

Your Obligation
The customer will:

·         Familiarise himself or herself with the fire precautions as displayed on the premises.

·         Take all reasonable care to avoid damaging the premises, fixtures, fittings or other items belonging to Brayford House. In the event that the customer damages the premises, fixtures, fittings or other items belonging to Brayford House, the Proprietors will issue an invoice to cover the cost of repair and/or replacement as appropriate together with any administration costs incurred by the Proprietors. The amount shown on the invoice shall be final and binding.

·         Not smoking inside the premises of Brayford House. Smoking areas are available along with bins for butt ends. In the event that the customer fails to abide by the rules set, any damages caused as a result or any loss and/or expenses suffered by Brayford House, will result in the Proprietors issuing an invoice which will not be less than £150 and shall be final and binding.

·         The customer must not bring any other non-paying guest into their guest rooms unless prior permission has been given by the Proprietors of Brayford House. In the event of people being brought into the guest house through the night they will be asked to leave immediately and a fine of £50.00 will be issued.

·         The customer must not bring any drugs, other than drugs obtained via a prescription issued by a medical practitioner, onto the premises of Brayford House.

Exclusion of Liability
The customer shall be responsible for the safety and security of all of his/her goods and possessions while at Brayford House. The Proprietors will not be liable for any loss or damage to the customer’s goods and possessions while at Brayford House. Permits are provided for on street parking in relevant zone areas. Guests are responsible for their vehicles and possessions within them. Parking passes not returned will be charged for at a cost of £60.00.

General
Brayford House kindly ask that all customers behave in a respectful manner during their stay. In the event that the behaviour of a customer gives the Proprietors any cause for concern or the customer is in breach of any of the terms of this contract the Proprietors is within their right to require that the offending customerleave the premises forthwith.  In such circumstance the customer shall be obliged to pay the full amount of the cost of services and accommodation for the whole of the anticipated stay at Brayford House before leaving.

Also, if any other guest have been disturbed through the night due to excess noise from other rooms resulting in a call of complaint and a member of staff being called during night as a result, the Proprietor may issue a fine up to the value of £100.00 depending on any necessary compensation costs relating to any disturbance to other guests.

Brayford House is the trading name of the Proprietors – Rooted Properties Limited. The contract is made between Rooted Properties Limited trading as Brayford House and the customer. All references in these conditions to Brayford House shall be deemed to be a reference to the Proprietors.

  • Take all reasonable care to avoid damaging the premises, fixtures, fittings or other items belonging to Brayford House. In the event that the customer damages the premises, fixtures, fittings or other items belonging to Brayford House, the Proprietors will issue an invoice to cover the cost of repair and/or replacement as appropriate together with any administration costs incurred by the Proprietors. The amount shown on the invoice shall be final and binding.

  • Not smoking inside the premises of Brayford House.
